yep. I have a business license and I bought it at a trade show. I used to work for a dance/goth club and we used it there, but I used to sneak into shows with it if thats what they used. We would make the stamp on flat rubber you get from craft stores. (lol I was such a butthead punk back then) Now I use it for art.
