Not claiming tons of credit for this since I had to use a ton of reference for the Frog uniform since it's highly technical and stuff. Also couldn't find the Outer Haven logo anywhere so I used the only old Outer Heaven logo I could find.

Anyway I was trying to think of a way to anthro the Haven Troops and since they call them the Frogs I did a frog :P
