Yeah in part of it. There is some robo cop, iron man and deus ex in it too. And you should know better your favorite gun, it's a CZ scorpion evo 3.

Oooohhhh, I didn't know it was the CZ Scorpion, so it's a SMG, the reason why I assumed it was the G36C is because of the see-throughable magazine and the round iron sights at the top, as for the iron man inspiration, I can see it with the flap down upper helmet half, the metal gear part was because of the metal jaw and the rear shoulder plates which share the kind of "muscleness" like those of the later nano suit from Crysis 2 and 3, I'd also say Boba Fett because of the back mounted, possible harpoon missle? And on a closer look, yeah, I can see now that the iron sights aren't round, it's the position which created the illusion of it being that way, as for the Deus Ex part, I can see it in the hair-style.

The backpak thing is a jetpack with extactable wings like Falcon from Captain America just with dragon wings. The deus ex part: most of his torso and head is organic.He wears the armor like an exosuit.

I sadly didn't see Winter Soldier to get the design and how it works, as for the exosuit, I can see because it's more armor based compared to Raiden's cyborg body, because if it were a cyborg body it would be more skin tight like his while the armor provides a more coveredness to it, as for the arm because of the damage, I would say that might be cybernetic? Because had the damaged arm been organic, we might be seeing blood over exposed wiring to the internal workings.
