This is the result of a couple of very silly conversations while watching  T-Bone stream. One of the other people in the chat was  Lennud , who's super-hero self is often the target of friendly abuse, generally postulating pitting him against goddesses and villainesses of pulchritudinous proportions. In this case it was decided that his foe was a bunny-babe with Brobdingnagian bosoms,that ruinous red-head, H-Bombs.
 monkmiroku was partially at fault, he came up with the name and part of the concept,  cougr chimed-in. Yay for collaborative abuse!
Yes, I've been channeling comic-books to get that level of alliteration going, but it didn't help that afterwards I was gabbing with  PadfootSM and we came up with some crazy comic pseudo-science and a different bunny villainess.
