We will be announcing when we're opening for commissions via a journal & submission so be on the look out for that. We will be opening in the fall of this year and most likely again sometime in the spring next year :3 (also! I see that you're in Australia & wanted to let you know that we will be revising our current TOS before opening commissions to expand service to peeps outside of the US)
Yes indeed, unfortunately there arnt high numbers of makers outside of the US and/or they arnt in the style someone wants which has been another factor for many. But we're trying to at least be open to taking out of US commissions as we know that some US makers arnt open to it.

I think the only difficulty with her would be exact color matching but that's something we could discuss to come up with a plan that worked best for how you want her to look. Right now (as far as we know) there is only one shade of high quality grey fur being made but there are options such as air brushing that we could do to make a lighter grey. We're actually in the process of making a head featuring a purple wig right now so that will give you a nice example of how that might look for yours since your character features long, styled hair. It looks like you have a really nice & complete ref for her head which is excellent! And we would have no problem making the other parts for her at a later date :3
