Viko Raszok light up a smoke, probably while singing this song. A nice lil tribute to those who risk their lives in war.

*salutes* we all know war is hell, but in war, we fight for our country so people from our country can live and have their freedom, even if we die for them so they can live and be free, sometimes we face a long hard journey, probably longer and harder than anyone could ever imagine, we all know that we will have chances, even if it's a small or slim chance, a slim chance is better that no chance at all. The people who fought and died for our freedom and so we could live, they will be missed and we will never forget them for what they did for us, those who fought and lived, they lived to tell the tale so history could pass it down to a younger generation in the future. The last thing I can say is that we keep on fighting, we never stop till it's over, we do what we can with honor.
The song is the actual song of the Polish resistance fighters in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising during WW2. It was, pretty much, crushed by the SS security forces and their allies, but the song has been incredibly popular among eastern-European Jews and other peoples from that region as well.

Love this picture again man, really awesome work depicting it and I loved how you were able to get the details in good order and the song lyrics in there too.
One bit of confusion though, and I think this was over the idea of the commission, and that is that this isn't really a dedication or a remembrance thing. The character, the uniform, the weapon, the themes in general are apart of a fictional setting. As I am a veteran myself, I'd have gotten something else for a remembrance piece that has a more non-fictional basis.
