Submitted within the last two minutes of Independence Day (at least in my time zone) so it still counts. My dragony man making some fireworks of his own.

Still haven't completely narrowed down a name for him, though I keep coming back to Lucius or Lucian since it's derived from "lux" and I imagine he works a lot with fire and/or electricity type magic. Even an evil dragon wizard like to bring some light into his life on occasion.
