This would be Flashlight, one of triplets. Her siblings are Nightlight and Highlight. Like both of her siblings, she is attended by a Pichu, Linear (Nightlight's is Current, Highlight's is Radiating). Linear is a calm, logical little thing who likes to balance out Flashlight's brash nature.
While Flash grew up in a mobile home, like her mother and siblings, she also spent a lot of time with her filthy rich great-grandparents, who spoiled her rotten. While her sibling don't really seem to care, Flashlight is adamant about hiding her family's poor status, and is every bit the snob. She enjoys popularity with both the male and female population, and has a stereotypical gaggle of shallow bitchy friends.
