Something similar happened to me once. It wasn't the fan itself that cut me, but trying to install a CPU cooler and pressing too hard on the clams. My hand slipped and well, although it wasn't more serious than this image, a discrete sign can still be seen on my finger to this day.

I had a fan incident of my own year ago, it was my own stupid fault. I had taken the front of the cover off to clean it, and while it was soaking in the sink, I decided to play with the blades..while they were spinning at full speed. I knelt down and blew into the blades, got a little to close and had the tip of my nose chopped off.

With the metal blades you can actually get your finger cut off. It happened to my uncle a few years ago

This counts as gore to my sensible ass! Argh!

Ouch ouch ouch! A bus driver, driving one of the older busses that had fans to cool off the driver, before AC was put in all busses, had an incident where the fan blade cage came off, and so did the fan blade, went right into the driver's face, bus went off the road and crashed. Thankfully no injuries other than the bus driver. VERY OUCHY!!!!!!!!! Heal soon!! Get some of that Arnica cream :D

I did that with an ear once, I swear it was an accident.

I can relate :3. I hit my paw on the ceiling fan blades while trying to put on my suit. Got a bruised knuckle afterwards.
