well, I kinda cheated, I used a bump map from a dragon scale texture I have, but it seems to work pretty good as Cardassian scales too :P

Also, this new lighting I made up seems to really make images crisp looking, so bump maps just seem to... pop

true, but from what I've learned, most of those makeup techniques were specially designed to be "throw away" and quick to apply, not much like movie makeup that takes hours and hours :D

Apparently, Michael Dorn was most displeased by how long it took for his make-up to be applied for STVI vice TNG (and later DS9).

Wow, but as my father would say she looks tougher than bull meat at 2 cents per pound! A new generation Star Trek enemy, she like her male counterparts looks aggressive, her weapon, manner of dressing, and her stance, but her face and eyes express a lot about her mental attitude.

well, I made part of it and another was part of a head morph set, think it was the P3DA alien head set... or something like that :P

mostly it was the head shape. I was curious about. Sorry if it's probably impolite of me to pick somebody's brain. I'm always interested in alien female characters when it comes to my CGI work.

i use v3 but not much.i have a few nice v4 thing's i bout from daz payed alout for and thay are deftive and daz was no help:(. i have a huge libarey of v4 stof/m4;) and time too time i get a bad model but i find daz's 1 of the harder to deel with people.thar ancer is redounload it if that dont work you must be doing something.

yeah, don't think they ever updated V4 with past V3 morphs at all, they were all new. I never did get into any new figures, it was expensive enough with just this one, bleh

i love v4/m4!!! it has the bigest valt of add on's ever! v4 has a few nice head's i end up using the head on v4 body do too i have so mucch more for v4 than v3.i dont like the v5 do too it dont load in p7:( you have too have 10 up.

yeah, I'm still using 7 myself, I have 8 installed, but that's mainly for using the morphing tool because it works across seams, the one in 7 doesn't.
