Sorry fo replying to this so late, Id idn't have a chance yet to view it on a proper screen. I really like the overall look of the painting, the colors of the light and shading work very well and the backlight is very cool too. The side in the shadow looks good, not too dark, and the shading there is solid. It also adds a good deal of contrast to the lighter rest of the painting. The details in the crest are nice, you added the scar on the neck and the rip in the crest.

Pretty much the only major thing I have to criticize here is that he has two eyes on this picture, when he actually only has one, which was also visible and stated on the reference sheet. His skin color is also a bit too saturated/blue for my taste, but that's not a big deal.
