I'm talking to my dad on the phone and he said something really meaningful to me. Our lives have been so hectic this past 7 months. I've been trying to be there for him as much as I can, and it seems like it's paying off.
"You're the only one in my life that I can stand to talk to anymore; did you know that? I call my brother and he's bitching about the situation. I talk to your brother and he has nothing but complaints and selfishness. My own mom drives me crazy. You're the only understanding person I've got in my life."
;_; With the storm that is our life right now, it just means so much. A couple of months ago, he told me some news that really hurt me, but I had to let him make his own choices. Apparently I'm the only one to support him. I feel bad that he's so alone right now, but so grateful that I can be there for him. I'm trying my best.

Trying your best in this day and age is all anyone can do Ajna.
The fact he was able to see the error in his ways and realize the gravity of the situation, just shows that at least things may be, and hopefully, are turning around for the better.
Keep your chin up and keep strong. Your work with your art is your outlet, and it shows here in this piece just how strong of an emotion was felt.

wow... not sure what to say, and this is old, not sure how i missed this.... but.
i honeslty don't like when peopel say such special things that hurt and make you cry... it's somethin super special for you, and sorry to do this, if it sounds bad or something. but friends sometimes say things that are just so nice, it hurts me, since i'm not used to that kind of affection.
so hey, hope it only gets as good as it'll be! that and that you can hpoefully get things better too!
