Reminds me of somebody....
The MAX version of the Punisher (no superheroes - Nick Fury works for the CIA, not Shield, etc.) is dead. He got old, he got shot, and bled out on the doorstep of the house where he used to live with his family. But the Marvel superhero universe Punisher is still going, I assume.
