OK, this one grew out of a desire to draw another cartoony cat like the green catterfly in my falling stars. Since most cats are very naughty, I wanted the newly departed here to look a little stunned and maybe a tad guilty. "Whut, we're going up? OMG! OMG YAY!" LOL.
