CAn take some practise. Usually for me, I lay flat on back (Something I NEVER did before this), listen to music I enjoy, though calmer music helps and makes it easier, as well as lower volume, and just slow my breaths to be deeep relaxed breaths, as I focused on my forehead or what some may consider the "third eye" area, and just relax. Usually what happens is a type of semsation, for me was from toes, slowly crawling up body. The first amny times it happened, it startled me, causing me to come out of it, but if you can do well on it, it helps CONSIDERABLY. Some times, where mentally I think 6 or so hours have passed, wondering when alarm will go off, only to find out 2 have passed and body is "buzzing" withenergy. O.o
ANYWHO, I didn't mean talk your ear off about my relaxation/sleep techniques. Sorry about that. Feeling tired as I think the shake I had made my stomach upset like a shotgun blast from the ass of semi diarhea. >.< Too much info I know. Sorry.
