Yes and as far as I know fresh water is fine too. I'd have to make sure there's a pond near by though.

How did you get the scattered effect on the skin? Maybe it's just me but it looks like either an interestingly scanned scanner malfunction, or a trippy filter.

Only pencil and eraser used here. I smudged alot with the eraser but some of the effect was enhanced by the scanner. I want to experiment a little more with this!
