For the most part, each page is labeled based on its individual content. Pages with nudity and violence are set as "Mature" and pages with sex are set as "Adult".
In addition, there is only one explicit sex scene so far and it was cut from the final version of the comic due to art quality (I was sick with a lung infection at the time) and you'd have to click on a link specifically to view that scene.
