A little drawing I whipped up based off of one of my favourite songs. It's a tragic tale of love, deception, and the consequences your actions carry. I plan on doing more instalments like this based off of my favourite songs.
And please don't ask me what species this guy is, to be honest I don't know lol. I drew his ears canid but that was when I realized that all I draw are canines, so I gave him raccoon markings, so maybe a dog-raccoon hybrid?

This was originally going to be set during a sunset, but I thought that would feel too romantic and contrary to what I wanted to portray. Then I experimented with lighting in the cell and failed hard. So I went with a cold winters' night, as the song tells. I also like the kind of lop-sided bars, I tried to make the whole cell look completely hand-made.
