let's put it this way... when we become artists, we need characters to develop further our art and have a constant motivation for improvement, even if doing it unconsciously.
we come to love the characters we create and want to see them animated at some point. Not every artist has the patience to animate or money to pay for such a thing. This program, as far as I can tell, is making it easy for every artist to see their characters "alive" in some way

I like it, I really do.
but to be honest, I'm not keen on the motion blur effect.
Motion blur exists for 2 reasons:
1. the eye/camera or whatever is doing the seeing is incapable of keeping up with the speed of the movement, hence you see a blur.
2. in the case of digital video encoding, the framerate is out of sync(Converting from a 30 fps american signal to a 25 fs , as a result the encoding engine combines a fraction of 1 frame with a fraction of the next frame, and the result is a blur effect.
3. someone decided a motion blur effect looked cool, and decided to artifically add it, causing many people's eyes to bleed in pain.
I don't mean to be cruel, I'm just stating my opinion.
