Milo is also a trans*guy. NEVER DRAW HIM FEMALE !!! I cannot stress this enough. If you are drawing him somehow NSFW, anything pinup related, etc..
Either draw him with a chest binder on(it should stop just below his ribs and look like a tight tank top) OR top surgery scars. Both are totally fine.
You can draw him with or without a penis bulge, but has female genetalia. Feel free to add a strapon though ^^ I may also MAYBE get art of him with vaginal penetration. The partner has to ask nicely. Really nicely.
