Kind of neat -- I like the characters, especially how the anthropomorphic sister seems to switch back and forth between her animal and transitional forms. Or have I misinterpreted that, and they both transform? I've been scribbling a story about a Kitsune who can shift between all three forms (definitely not for kids).

So, have you done any children's books before?

They can both shift into all forms. The one has such short hair because she spends most all her time in half or full coyote form. The other is almost always full human form, so has grown long hair, which carries over into half form. In full coyote form she has a black head top and back, the only way to tell them apart in such forms. This will not be a formally published children's book, doing it as a gift for a friend with young children.
