Here's Goliath in MMC light scout armor rather than his heavy powered armor. Why the change? Because while there is no such thing as overkill, only open fire and reloading, there are some places the big cat can't go in that heavy armor. So when he has to go into a situation with lighter armor the MMC provides him with this scout armor he wears with his regular duty uniform.

The mesh is a carbon nanotube weave that will stop 90% of damage from conventional weapons without weighing alot. Knee and elbow pads of course for protection of those joints. For firepower, he's got his man portable, to him at least, squad support weapon firing .1 ounce flechettes from a magnetic accelerator with a 500 flechette magazine and powerpack.

Looks like someone decided to bring a heavy laser to the fight. Now the question is, can he dodge it until he can get close enough to take out the crew and weapon with a few shots?
