Marked general because unless you look hard enough, you don't even notice it.

Azure was designed to be a Pallas Cat, hook suspension performer, who is also fond of corsets as evident by his all too small waist. He was a very short lived character as this is the only image I ever made of him, and I really don't have any desire to resurrect the character (because I would probably just draw Slipstreme in his place).
