It seems as though its been an age since I did the last issue of my personalzine, but it's only been six weeks. Six weeks is the original schedule I had planned on. In practice, however, I seem to have published closer to once a month, which may be why this issue seems late to me.

In any case, it has been e-mailed to the usual gang of idiots, and posted to three of four places for download. This issue has the usual long letter column, but is somewhat more upbeat than some previous issues have been this year. There should be a a little something for everyone.
