I'm not sure if you'll be lucky enough to find someone who will do commissions for them since the people who made emofuri ask people not to make money off it via animations and such unless you have the pro/full version,,, well that's what my friend told me (´・ω・`)
But I think people might be tempted to break that rule because the full program costs like over 300,000 yen ($3,000 USD) yearly and thats- that's just outrageous!
You might be lucky to find someone who will offer to do it for free though! ゜+・(о´▽｀о)゜+・
Like I said though the emofuri people saying please don't use it for money was from a friend and I don't know where that's sourced and I looked up the price myself! So there are probably people taking commissions for them but I haven't seen anyone so far ヽ(；▽ ；)ノ

Yeah it's ridiculous! I guess it's also used for people who make things like visual novels or dating sims that they plan to distribute and sell but still-

I guess I can understand it in that sense. I mean, you could basically make your own anime with something like this, or even your own game (especially a dating sim), if you had the time and patience and didn't want to pay a whole production team to do it. Never-the-less, the situations already sounds too complicated for me. I'm over it.
