The last one I was commissioned to do was the fashion designer of the town, Rarity. I had to make her look the most mature of them all. I was going for a cheesecake look of her trying on different bras while using her magic to try them all. This is like the polar opposite of the Fluttershy pony. I assumed she is more aggressive and least shy of them all. I feel she is the most Vein being that she is the stylish of them all? Knows the latest fashions?
this one took a while to go cause I was going for the mirror effect like I did with the Mrs Bull pic I did a while ago.
To answer your questions on Squeek and Shred?.....Squeek would hang out with Fluttershy while Shred would totally hang with Rarity and Applecack.

Rarity is a dressmaker, and takes great pride in this fact. Her special talent is hard to describe. It's never really explored in depth. At first look, it would appear her talent is about gems, and you'd be right, but that's not all of it. Her real talent lies in what she does to dresses with those gems. Rarity, at her core, is not a very nice person. She is vain, she is ambitious, and she often forgets herself in the presence of truly high quality materials. What marks her as the bearer of Generosity though isn't a natural inclination to be generous, but a determination to change her nature into that of a giving one. She knows she's vain and sometimes petty, but she tries to be different.
On the same note, when Rarity's pride in her skills as a dressmaker take a large blow, she tends to become erratic and desperate to soothe said pride. "The Art of the Dress" is a good episode to highlight most of these qualities.

Second favorite of the mane six; she's just the best when she gets hysterical and has to magic up that sofa to faint on. Also she has a nasty right fore-hoof. ^^
Personally I think she could've been smaller so make her seem more elegant, buuut I'm not one to choke artistic freedom.
