Ever work on a drawing that starts out great but gradually gets worse as you work on it? Yeah, that's kinda what happened with this one. Oh, well.

It has been in the 80's in SoCal. I keep thinking I should go to the beach. Then I started thinking about the legacy of surf culture around here. I thought it would be cool to try and draw like legendary surf cartoonist and concert poster artist Rick Griffin. Did I succeed? I'll let you decide.
