This Evo V is owned by Takumi's older brother Takurou. Originally Takurou wanted to buy an Evo VI GSR but his younger brother convinced him to get an Evo that was released in the same year as his brother's Impreza. Like his brother's Impreza Takurou has left the interior standard, in fact the car was modified when Takurou bought it but he brought the car back to stock as he can make use of the four doors.

Fun fact: Takurou used one of the Gran Turismo games to help him choose the colour of his Evo.
