Oh, nonono, that's not the cost of the card silly, it's the "Usage Toll"! That's what you have to pay in order to use the card when playing the game! You see, when you are playing the MLP card game, in order to play a Princess Luna card, you have to send $4 in form of cash, check or money order to Hasbro Studios in order for the card to take effect! Though sending individual tolls for each card can be a hassle, so Hasbro set up the "Prepaid Allowance Program" Where you can have an account that you pay whatever about you want, and then when you use a card, it just deducts the "Usage Toll" from your account!

Though in order to keep your account active, you need to deposit a minimum of $15 per week, otherwise the account becomes delinquent, and you simply loose your balance.
Other charges and fees may apply such as the "Curfew Fee," "Long Distance" and "Roaming Fee"

Oh, the figures have charges for the time you spend looking at them. It is $2 a minute and $5 if you touch them. The plushies have the same charges, but in addition, they have a $15 hugging fee.

If fees are not paid, the pony will self-destruct by bursting into flames.

The show is $27.95 per view of each episode. It costs $1 to pause it during play, and $5 to rewind it for every minute. Other fees may apply.
If the fees are not paid in time, the ponies will come out of your computer screen or TV screen and eat you alive.
