Finished that sketch! :3 Made a few changes to make it a little more anatomically correct. Just wanted to practice poses, movement, and draw my babby, General. I made some small changes to her design. Eventually I will make a reference sheet for her and all of my main characters. So yep, here she is. One of my oldest and most meaningful characters to me.

For anyone who might be interested, and for my own records, here is the gist of her story:
She has a checkered past filled with physical, emotional, sexual, and drug abuse. She was raised by her former Marine asshole of a father. Her mother died when she was just an infant, leaving her father to raise her on his own. He resented Gen from the beginning for this reason, and because he was so dead-set on having a boy to carry on his lineage. Most days, he left her to be babysat (while he went to the bars to drink himself into oblivion) by her aunt and her husband, who molested her for years until she became old enough to fight back. She became very adamant about working out a and staying in shape in order to make herself a more difficult target. Meanwhile, her father's resentment and dislike for his daughter only grew as she aged and became a rebellious, off the wall, crazy, ADHD, hyperactive, horomonal adolescent. He attempted to break her down with beating her and defaming her character regularly. When she still rebelled and refused to conform to his ideals, he sent her away to a military boarding school. Upon her graduation, she spent years in a haze of sex addiction, working as a stripper to make ends meet. Then she met her boyfriend, Jeremy (who belongs to  ghostnoise). He was her first experience being truly loved and treated with tenderness and respect by any man in her life. He never tried to change her or break her spirit. He accepted her craziness and encouraged her to pursue her dreams. She is now a professional dancer and hopes to some day open her own studio, settle down and start a family with her man. :3

She is very flamboyant, outgoing, hyperactive, and forward to the point of offensiveness. She is still a raver and a club kid, but she is much more responsible about it now. She loves bright colors, techno, drum and bass, dub step, candy, energy drinks, and the occasional psychedelic. But her true passion is dancing. She is currently working as a go-go dancer and also does burlesque shows around town. Although her life has been a turbulent one, you would never know it to look at her. No matter how she is feeling inside, she always appears to be happy and chipper--a defense mechanism she learned at an early age. It's extremely difficult to truly know her and get her to open up and be vulnerable. But with time, therapy, and the support of her loving boyfriend, she has become more in touch with her emotions and has been able to work through much of the trauma that once haunted her every waking moment.
