Yeah, the only things that change are the ponies involved (always female) and sometimes a niche fetish. There's been a Featured story in the box for a couple weeks now about a "dusty western human" trying to seduce a handicapped pony, but she's so set on being "broken" and undesirable she doesn't notice his advances until he finally lays it out and they fuck. I mean, really? Why can't bronies get off unless a human is plowing their favorite pony?
