“Let me see.” Twilight Sparkle mumbled as she looked over the array of devious equipment she had assembled. She had spent the last few hours planning this operation. An operation of revenge. An operation against the one guard who had kept her away from the knowledge she sought.
A few hours earlier.
Twilight Sparkle skipped down a corridor in Canterlot castle. Today was the day, today was the day she had built up the courage to enter the upper libraries. As she rounded the corner, she noticed a Guard standing by the door to the upper library. She paid him no heed and tried to skip past him, only to be stopped by a feathery wing.
“No entry by order of Princess Celestia.” The Guard said.
Twilight tried to push past but the Guard held firm. “But i’m the Princess‘ student.” She protested. “I have access to all areas of the castle.”
“Not this area.” The Guard said. “This area is for the Princesses only.”
Twilight groaned at the prospect of knowledge just beyond her grasp. She made one more attempt to push past, but the Guard merely pushed her back with his wing. “No entry.”
Twilight growled and stomped away. She would get back at him for this. Soon.

She quickly ran through a checklist of the items she had gathered. “Quills, check. Powder, check. Brush, check. Glue, check. Magic.” She lit her horn, levitating the items into a saddlebag. “Check.” She was ready.
Quietly, she snuck out of her room and down the corridor towards the door to the upper libraries. She stopped at the corner and peeked around. The Guard was still standing there, looking straight ahead. She smirked. “Step one.”
Her horn glowed gently and a table at the far end of the corridor slid slightly across the floor. The Guard looked up, turned, and headed down the hallway to investigate. Twilight levitated the glue out of her bag and looked at the floor where he had been standing. There was a slight discoloration in four spots, obviously made by the guards hooves as the stood on duty there. She levitated the glue pot over and let a thin trickle flow out onto the spots where the guards front hooves would be. Then she pulled the glue pot back and waited.
The guard, Rough Rider, was looking at the table at the end of the corridor. “Hmmm.” He thought, shoving it back against the wall. “Odd.” He walked back to his post and placed his hind hooves in position. Then he raised his front right hoof in preparation to resume his position.
Twilight almost giggled gleefully as she saw his hoof descending towards the glue, a few more inches and he would be in her trap. The guard placed his hoof down with a gentle squish as the glue spread across the bottom of his armoured hoof shoe. It repeated when he put his other hoof down. That was when Twilight pranced around the corner, grinning like a maniac.
Rider barely even glanced over, he knew who it was. “Why hello Mr Guard.” Twilight said innocently, walking slowly around his side and brushing her tail against his face. His nose twitched at the sensation but he didn’t move. She walked around behind him, eyeing his rump under his armour. “So strong.” She though. “Let’s see how long he lasts.” She gently grabbed his tail with her magic and began lifting.
Rider drew in a sharp breath, he wasn’t expecting her to pull his tail. But he couldn’t react, she was the Princess’s student and he had a job to do, so he couldn’t move.
Twilight continued to pull his tail, slowly upwards until his hind hooves were no longer touching the ground. She giggled and reached down, undoing the straps that kept his hind hoof shoes on, they fell off his hooves onto the floor with a clatter.
Rider couldn’t see what she was doing, but he could feel it as the cool air washed over the bottoms of his hooves. “What is she doing?” He thought to himself.
Twilight levitated one of the quills out of her bag. “Let’s try this first.” She giggled to herself. She lowered the feather to his left hind hoof, just brushing the ground, and gently feathered the sole of his hoof.
Rider drew in a sharp breath and his whole body stiffened. How could she have known, his one weakness. He tried to lower himself from her magic grasp but Twilight simply wrapped his ankles in magic, keeping the soles of his hooves exposed. She levitated out another feather and slowly started to brush the sole of his other hind hoof.
He gave a quiet whimper and tried to shift his front hooves, only to find them stuck. His stomach heaved as he tried to control his breathing. “Tickle tickle mr Guard.” Twilight teased, noticing his heaving stomach. “He he he.” She giggled. “Another soft spot.” She pulled a third quill from her bag and levitated it between his hind legs to his soft stomach, her it slowly began to brush back and forth, feathering his exposed belly button.
He gave a snort and stiffened even more, trying desperately to free his hind hooves from her grasp. He could feel every fiber of the feathers brushing over the soles of his hooves, the nib of the quill occasionally dancing around the edges and poking the frogs.
“Nnnnngggg.” He snorted, sweat pouring from his head and body. “What is this fresh hell?” He though as he squirmed.
Twilight giggled, watching his body shiver. “Now for the grande finale.” She mumbled, pulling the powder and brush from her bag. Turning it around, she read. “Itching powder.”
Rider’s eyes widened.
She unscrewed the lid and dipped the brush inside. “First your hooves.” She lowered the brush and began to apply it to his hind hooves. Rider’s hooves twitched and shuddered as the powder took affect, a small smile began to appear on his straight face. Twilight smirked and raised the brush. “And now for the breaker.”
She coated the brush in the powder, and then gently brushed it between his hind legs, all over his balls. “NNnnnnnngggggggg, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!” Rider’s concentration broke and he burst out laughing, squirming his body against the glue and magical restraints. Twilight smiled, and then eyed his hind hoof shoes. “Heh heh.” She smirked, lifting one and giving it a small sniff. It smelled of shoe cleaner with a slight hint of sweat. She lifted the bottle of powder, then poured a substantial amount into each shoe. Then she took the glue and smeared a small ring of it around the inside edge of the shoe.
“Here you go.” She snickered, sliding the shoes onto his hooves where they stuck. Rider almost squealed with laughter and squirmed his hooves desperately as the power irritated them.
“Heh.” Twilight laughed, applying glue to the soles of his hind hoof shoes and then pushing them flat against the floor. Rider squirmed all four of his hooves, desperately trying to get free, but unable to. Twilight removed the quills and stepped in front of him.
He whined and squirmed as the itching powder irritated his hooves and privates.
“Enjoy the rest of your shift, Guard.” Twilight smirked, walking past the sweating, shaking guard and into the upper library.
From a nearby window, Princess Luna watched the whole event unfold. “Not bad, Twilight Sparkle, not bad.” She chuckled to herself and flew back towards her tower, leaving the Guard to the rest of his torturous shift.
