The Elastilords are an eons old species of demigodlike quantum scientists from a planet where balloonies evolved organically. As balloonies, they have the properties of inflation and elasticity, but they have no obvious valves, and thus must blow up through their own means. They're long-lived creatures that make modern balloonies look like brief bubbles in time, with a maximum lifespan of several thousand years. Even when burst and torn to pieces, they miraculously regenerated into a brand new being, albeit with a new appearance, and often a new personality. Through their regenerations, they vary considerably, in extreme cases appearing as completely different species; however, they retain their mammalian (sometimes avian or reptilian) characteristics and their core fundamentals.
As a species of scientists, they theorized that, like themselves, the fabric of spacetime was elastic, as well as "alive" in its regenerative and developmental capabilities. Because of this, they've easily developed technology in bypassing dimensional limits and travelling spacetime through creating and passing through wormholes like a magic fork through a magic balloon, no lasting damage to the fabric done. This technology was known as the "Spacetime Inflator and Deflator, Nullifying EntropY", SIDNEY for short, and could warp spacetime around itself in such a way as to be voluminous on the inside, and often very small outside. However, it is often only as reliable as a balloon in the wind. They can control that wind to a certain degree, but they mostly trusted in providence.
For those uninterested in spacetime travel, the SIDNEY is still useful as a storage device and mobile laboratory. The Elastilords love their laboratory settings, and take much joy in stumbling into one, especially when there's chemicals to mix and discoveries/mischief to make. Besides the SIDNEY, they've created chemicals which temporarily or permanently induce a balloonie state in endoskeletal beings. These chemicals don't change the essential structures of the being unlike some transformative potions, but with careful application of air pressure, the results are quite dramatic, often pleasing even after the balloonie qualities wear off. In addition, much of their housing and leisure tech is balloon-like in nature, enabling it to deflate for increased room space, and even overinflate for increased envelopment and comfort.
ARTIST SPEAKING:
This fellow has been in development for quite some time. I had originally wanted to make him as a tribute to the works of wes13, who appeared to be interested in all things Whovian and inflatable, but the creature kind of ran away with me, and became something in his own right. Too bad I can't find decent suits for Ichiro/Morphius, the model I used to make the main body, and the only human(oid) model I can really stand to look at for more than a few minutes. I really love how I rendered the hair, though; they really look like strands of rubber, almost like a Koosh ball. My only regret is that I can't figure out how to use Poser's hair utilities, since every time I've used the hair there it looked less than pleasing (not to mention the render times!!). Me being the clever little creature I am, I'd call this particular individual "Professor Quoi". Very silly, but then again, so is the idea of inflatable Time Lord parodies.

I mentioned the suit being a problem. Believe it or not, you'd see that the back clips something awful with the suit. It's like a tailor's nightmare.
If you mean for reference for the length of his snout, placement of the ears, et cetera... These might help.
Nose Length Ref 1
Nose Length Ref 2
Ear Ref 1
Ear Ref 2 (plus placement ref)
If that absolutely does not help, I might render angles of his head alone, but bear in mind these guys are not solid at all. The proportions warp and move in a cartoonishly expressive manner, which is a little creepy in 3D, but that's the Elastilords for you, very alien beings.

I'm afraid that as a human or humanoid, he comes with human feet, though they can be puffed up like paws (sort of). You'd also have to attach your own tail to him.
May I recommend Versatile Tentacle? It's very flexible and useful for any tubular applications, including hoses, tails, and other oddities (not just the obvious tentacle naughtiness).
