Really? I kinda thought they were the worst thing ever, at least at this point. They're generally a pretty huge disaster at least until I get approval and can put in the time to fix them up properly. x3

Their roughness is the best thing about them! I don't know why, but it gives them... Magic, to be honest.
Doesn't mean your coloured pieces are bad. The fluffiness and quality is up there on the podium.

You ever seen Howard Pyle's draft sketches? Nothing I can find online, but find a book on Howard Pyle and look for some of his sketches, yours remind me of his so much... they're compositional blueprints dashed off and labored over alternately...
