Here's more Noko. There was going to be drawings of Noko as several Pokemon but it just didn't happen that way. So it's very ... tiny, eheh. Uh, I just realized I gave her a boy tail so, she is a boy in this one ... Q^Q;

Yes, Gamefreak added in gender differences down the line.
Female Pikachu's have heart-shaped tails, sort of.
It's okay, some people don't like/are familiar with Pokemon.
