Considerating to practically all critique I drew the third page of my ORFS comics. Hope it's still OK, critique is still welcome.>.<''

Still looks fairly decent, although the story is still somewhat too big for the medium - perhaps you could give your audience a little of inside information on the setting ?
Your experiments with the perspective are a bold move, but as it's the new thing for you, the simplier character presentation can be less demanding of your time, efforts and mana points - otherwise it would eat up a lot of your productivity just to lay the basic story background down. It's neat as it is, but you should think ahead and learn to conserve your artistic energy.
Now I've said too much - but mind me not. Here is the expert opinion of Trixi, who's been maintaining her webcomic for several years now, and I think there's a lot of useful stuff for the beginners.

First of all, I changed this page with a new version after testing the grammar.^.^''
I think drawing a group of characters isn't such a big trouble for me now, also I'm gradually learning to draw nice backgrounds. And I'm still planning to download two pages in week.
Thank you for a link, it was quite required!
