A rather tasty item from

Okay. So insomnia is described as "the inability to maintain a proper sleep pattern." For me it means "I can't sleep.... TIME TO BE CREATIVE!" This is the first recipe I have ever created from the ground up. Please tell me what you think! (I know my presentation is bland.... I only have white plates UwU)
The biscuits:
1 can of Pillsbury country style biscuits
about two slices of ground sausage
1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1/4 cup of goat cheese crumbles
a seasoning blend of your choice
garlic butter
cracked black pepper.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Take the biscuits out of the can and roll them out thin but not so thin they break.
Once you have your disks of dough, place a pinch of shredded colby jack cheese on to the middle of the disk.
Then place a pinch of ground sausage(slightly smaller than the dab of cheese) on top of the shredded cheese.
After that, place two to three small crumbles of goat cheese on to the sausage. (Press the crumbles slightly into the sausage to help it stay).
Sprinkle your seasoning blend over the stuffings.
Then, crimp four sides of the circle of dough so it completely envelopes the stuffing. The dough should have no trouble sticking to itself. then flip the ball over so the folds are on the bottom.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and crack fresh black pepper on top of the biscuits.
Sprinkle your remaining shredded cheese on top of the biscuits before placing in the oven.
Cook 7-10 minutes or until tops of the biscuits are BARELY starting to turn brown. Brush the tops with your melted garlic butter.
When the tops are golden brown, THEY'RE READY!
Herbed Sour Cream Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp heavy cream
1 Tbsp Celery Salt
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
1 Tbsp fresh chopped thyme
Mix all ingredients well. Serve as a dip for the biscuits.
ENJOY! :D
