I actually intend for him to have one, but haven't figured out the right device yet. I acquired a few in mouth bird calls before the con, but I was only able to make noises of a dying animal with them. >.<

The shape was made using the Pepakura application. A 3d model was made, then printed out and assembled on card stock. Then the beak was solidified using epoxy and fiberglass.
