So, when I was watching some western cartoons produced in 20's and 30's, especially the ones done by Walt Disney and Fleischer Studios, I came up with the crazy idea: let's mash up that old school drawing style with two charz, I mean Mad Dog and Dumptruck, from Talespin and my OC, Ora "The Rebel" Kitsune!
So, how it came out in that style? Honestly, during making this pic I was f*king afraid that I'd mess up them and they'd look like freaks, but when I'm looking at the result of my hard work, started after the graduation of the university, I think they came out rather well ;)
If comes about "redesigning" Mad Dog, I took an inspiration from Mickey Mouse, as he was depicted in "Steamboat Willie" cartoon. Dumptruck was drawn in the manner similair to the Pete's one from the same cartoon and to some bulky charz' ones. What about Ora, ya say? Well, I mixed up Minnie's design of clothes and her body proportions with Roxy's appearance (she's from Tiny Toons Adventures episode "Two - Tone Town" - if somebody doesn't know, in that show the actor, who gave the voice of my fav Maddy, he dubbs here Buster ;) )

Why I didn't gave them white gloves? Because I didn't want to bother with them - bare - handed chars look for me MUCH better :)
The title of this pic came out as the result of the word play attempts and the tribute to the Disney's "Silly Symphony" cartoon series, from which came out Big Bad Wolf.

Ok, so I have to change height of my Ora, because she can't be that high... 5'8" = 1.72 m Japanese people aren't usually that high :/ So I have to shorten my OC to the believable height... :/
BTW, I made the chars in early animatred shorts style => Mickey's much shorter than Pete. But THNX anyway for the correction, I'll try to draw him taller in the future.
