The dragon before you is a TOLS based dragon.
His name is Nightstream or Night for short.
He's a wind dragon born in the Dragon realms of spyro's world. He is a mix of easter and western dragons. The western dragon blood stands out more, but his wings are abnormally large, they are three times a normal western's wingspan. His tail is a few feet longer than a traditional western dragon as well. He is easily able to slap some one sitting a foot away in the face with it.
