As much as this photo is meant to induce heart attacks I waited to post this AFTER I put it back together, so yes, yes it is okay, you can now proceed to NOT have a heart attack lol.
The head is done now aside from reducing the other cheek, which I will do tomorrow as I have hit stupid-tired.
I took an inch off the snout and the back of the cheeks, split the face and took not quite an inch out cutting Y shapes in the forehead and jaw from nose to back to preserve the hole for the removable horn and fan areas, also reduced the thickness of the foam at the back of the neck and on the sides of the cheeks.
I spent my evening carefully pulling up and cutting fur to do this, luckily this foam holds to glue like a dream so it is still structurally sound after all this.
This is a very rare case where I can even DO this this kind of surgery, had this not been a fantasy creature neck vision head there would have been no changing it.
Now I have to take fullsuit pics AGAIN ugggggh

Hm..maybe when you could do a little project and keep track of how large each head you make is? Write down the height of the wearer, and the head measurements, and keep record of it. You'll start to notice which sizes work best for what body size, and won't need to worry about second guessing in the future? I personally liked the last version, though the head did seem a bit big, but it was a very nice design. It'll be interesting to see what the final version looks like :D
