this is what POST ecopocalypse really means, and the 'meek' having inherited the earth.
knowledge and science have not been lost, though many, associating it with humanity's fall, may have a lot of distrust of the old knowledge, but wise are also curious.

will they repeat our mistakes, or replace them with their own. and hopefully less fatal and less illogical ones. and of course the young will be absolutely fascinated to explore the ruins, dispite their elder's reluctance.
