Trivia: Canada has not produced solid copper pennies since 1996, and no longer produces pennies at all anymore. This is because the Conservative Party of Canada makes no cents.
Originally intended as a commission piece, I determined that a Canadian penny simply lacks the material to reach the required size without obliterating all of the detail, which would kind of defeat the purpose. I hate breaking off a commission, but I hate producing a substandard product more. Here's the finished piece, about as big as it can get at a generous size 5. I'm asking $25CAD if anyone would like to adopt it.

I think a size 5 might be on the small side for you, but you can order or print a free ring sizer from here: http://www.bluenile.com/find-ring-size

Oh, and if you have anything specific in mind, I could most likely fabricate it.
