Hey guys! This chapter is a bit shorter than my other ones. I tried to make it longer, but I felt like I was dragging it on as I tried. :/ So this one is rather short. Coren goes to Wills house in this chapter! What will happen at the house of Will the Wolf? Read to find out! As always, comments are always appreciated.
Coren rushed out of his 8th hour to meet up with will at the front of the school. His stepdad was doing whatever the hell he did and his mom was working late today. He could do anything since Mr. G never cared anyway.
It didn't take long for Coren to spot Will when he exited the building. The sky was gray today and it looked it was going to rain. The wind was blowing intensely, indicating the people of the storm that would soon hit Tooele. Coren put an arm up to his eyes to protect himself from the wind. Will was leaning on a nearby pillar looking towards the left. He wasn't even phased by the strong winds whipping through his head fur and tail. 'God, he's hot.' Coren drooled for a minute and he felt himself getting hard.
Will looked to the right and noticed Coren staring at him. A smile grew across his muzzle. “Hey, Coren. Lovely weather we're having today, huh?”
Coren emptied his head of any stimulating thoughts and replied in a sarcastic tone “Yeah. Lovely.”
Will gave a small chuckle and high pawed Coren. “So, you ready to head?”
“Ready as I'll ever be.”
“Did you text your parents?”
Coren immediately became embarrassed. He felt his face grow hot as he said “Um... I don't have a cellphone.”
Will's eyes widened as he stared at the embarrassed kit. “Wait, really!? But all teens have one!”
“Not all of us can afford a cellphone, you dumbass.” Coren punched Will in the shoulder. “Besides, my Mom is working late and Mr. G is doing whatever the hell he does.”
“Wait, who?”
“Mr. G, my stepdad.” Coren replied rather hastily as his eye's fell to the ground. Will decided not to press into it.
“Okay, if you say so. Let's get in my car before we get blown away.” Will grabbed his keys out of his pocket and started walking towards the parking lot. Coren Smiled and followed the hunky wolf to his car.

Coren was sitting in the passengers seat of Will's red Sudan, listening to Selena Gomez on the radio. “Can you turn off the radio?” Coren asked Will. “Her voice drives me insane.”
“Aw... I thought she sounded decent.” Will pouted.
“Just turn it off.”
“Fine.” Will reached over with a paw and pressed a button to shut off the radio.
“Thank you. My ears were starting to bleed.” Coren said as he rubbed his eyelids with his right paw.
“Hey, I see no damage. You'll be fine.” Will smirked as his eyes flicked towards Coren for a second then back to the road again. “ So what kind of music can those sensitive ears can handle?”
“Hey, watch it bud.” Coren pushed Will playfully as Will chuckled. “ And if you must know, I like dubstep, rock, techno, and heavy metal.”
“Wow. A bit hard music style choice for those sensitive ears of yours.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever.” Coren rolled his eyes while Will laughed.
“We're here.” Will simply stated as the took a left and parked the car in front of a moderate sized blue house with a white roof. The lawn was a nice dark shade of green and the flowerbed by the lawn had many different colored flowers poking out of the ground. Will and Coren walked up the driveway and made it to the door right as it started to sprinkle little drops of rain on the ground.
“MOM! I'M HOME!” Will shouted as he took off his backpack and jacket. Coren examined the small living room area with great interest. The carpet was a light blue color with a tinge of white around the edges. There were two couches, both surrounding the flat screen TV mounted up on the tan wall. There was a glass coffee table with a bunch of old newspapers scattered across the top.
“Hello sweetie!” a sweet and calming voice called out. Coren turned his head towards the sound of the voice and saw a rather skinny human with jet black hair, dark brown eyes, and a sweet smile. She wore her hair in a ponytail, and she wore a white t-shirt and blue jean shorts. “Oh, who is this?” the woman said as she noticed the young cat boy looking at her.
“That,” Will said as he shut the door to the closet, “Is one of my new friends, Coren Donatell.”
“Pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Anderson.” Coren smiled and extended a paw towards Will's mother.
“Please, call me Lily.” Lily smiled back and took Coren's paw. “Pleasure's all mine.”
“Well, we'll be heading down to my room for a while, so call us up if you need anything.” Will said as he turned down the hallway on Coren's right.
“Have fun you two!” Lily smiled and turned back into the kitchen that was right next to the front room. Coren waved and headed towards where Will had gone to catch up to him.
Once he had caught up, Coren stated “Your mom seems nice.”
“Yeah, she's pretty nice. Just don't piss her off and you'll be fine.” Will stopped at the bottom of the stairs and waited for Coren to catch up.
“Isn't that how most people are? They're nice until you piss them off?” Coren asked.
“I guess so.” Will shrugged and continued down and opened a door right in front of the stairs. “This,” Will paused for dramatic effect, “Is my room.” He waved a paw to welcome the cat into his room. Coren saw Will's tail wag rapidly as he entered the room. Coren chuckled at the silliness of the look, while he continued onward to explore the room.
The room was fairly clean with no clothes on the floor. He had a queen sized bed with blue blankets and two white fluffy pillows. In the corner of the room, Will had a Wii and an X-box hooked up to a TV on a shelf top, right next to the nightstand, which was covered with CD's.
“Nice room. Cleaner than mine.” Coren plopped himself on the bed and sighed. “God, this bed is nice.”
“Yeah, It's nice. I find it a bit lonely, though, since it's so big and all.” Will sat on a chair next to his nightstand and huffed. Coren sat up and looked at the wolf's eyes as he tried to read his facial expression. He was obviously depressed.
“Well, don't worry. It'll happen someday.” Coren said with a wink.
“Thanks.” Will smiled and stood up. He grabbed a disc off of his dresser and said “Wanna play SSBB?”
“Oh, time for revenge!” Coren smirked. “I'm in.”
“Okay, then, show me what ya got.” Will said as he entered the disc into the Wii.
*****
“I... fucking... hate you.” Coren hissed as Will finished him off once again.
“Do ya now?” Will laughed. He brought a paw to pat Coren on the shoulder, but withdrew it when he received a glare from Coren. “Oh, right. Sorry.”
Coren sighed. “It's fine, you remembered. Can we stop playing and just talk for a bit? I'm getting frustrated.”
“Sure.” Will pressed the power button on the Wii remote and the console shut itself down. Will turned towards Coren and asked “What do you want to talk about?”
“I don't know. You ask something.”
“Well, um... oh, you dating anyone?”
'Of course' Coren thought to himself as he rolled his eyes. “No, I'm not seeing anyone. What about you?” Coren cringed in his head when he asked that question. He didn't want to know, because it would hurt him if he did know. But on the other hand, If he didn't ask, he'd never be able to truly know if he had a chance.
“Well, there's this cat that I've been interested in for a while.” Will smiled as he looked at Coren. Coren's heart began to beat faster as he realized what was happening. He was a cat. He might be talking about him! HIM! Coren could hardly contain the joy that was filling his heart. “... she's pretty cute, and she's really nice. I've been planing to ask her out, we really seemed to click yesterday during 3rd period.” Coren felt his heart drop. He was straight. He had no chance. Coren felt as though his heart had been ripped out of his chest and thrown on the ground and stomped upon. Coren turned his head down away from Will as he fought to hold tears back. Will noticed and asked “Hey, are you okay?”
“Y-yeah, I'm fine.” Coren looked up and tried to smile, but he immediately went back to frowning.
“Okay... If you say so.” Will shrugged and continued on talking about the cat he was interested in. Coren felt that his dam was about to burst. In the middle of Will's description of her, Coren quickly stood up and turned towards the door. “Hey, where are you going.”
“I need to head home. It's getting late.” Coren tried to control his voice but was failing as he sniffled.
“Oh, okay. I can give you a ride if you wa-”
“No thanks, I'll be fine.” Coren's voice cracked as he rushed outside of Will's room and up the stairs.
“Coren!” He heard Will cry out as he opened the door to the outside. It had started to rain harder, but he didn't care. Coren closed the door behind him and started running towards home. He was glad for the rain today, because it hid the tears that fell as he ran towards his home.
