My take on this week's Thursday Prompt 'unexpected visitor'. Veeran shares a part of his life with Cody.
Veeran and Cody belong to me.

I was honestly going to say "I'm blessed to read what your sharing" before I read Cody say almost the same thing. It seems like a perfect world. I especially love the image of the circle with the tree. (why is that unsurprising?)
BTW do you want critiques? I'm sorta weird about what I want critiqued and what I don't, which is why I ask. Especially since this is more emotional then a lot of your other things.

Sure, I don't mind. In fact, critique is good. And what comes to the emotional contents, I'm sure you will honour the boundaries I have set. Aside from the sexual tension between the two furries, I guess a lot of Veeran and Cody is written for you and me. Or maybe you don't see it that way. Don't know. That's what I thought anyway. Not all of that story I true, btw. I made up details about Veeran's father's death as I went along.
Really did it? That's disappointing. I was looking forward to Indy, but I keep hearing that it was bad. I'll just wait till it comes out on video. Woohoo for Kung Fu Panda. I'll let you know how it is.
(Pondering what to call him other then Thorkin on here) But anyway he spent over six hours yesterday watching Heroes. Rather amusing. I miss you! I'm sorry I haven't talked to you all week.

That's okay, I haven't been around much. I had a massive inspiration on prompt and finished by library story yesterday. And it wasn't even about counting shadows... ^_^ On other news, I'm going blind. >_<
If you think Indy and aliens mix, go see it, otherwise don't bother.

Beautiful. Charming. Touching. Not much to say about the story, it tells some things about your characters' back-story and I start to feel bad that I don't read the stories in order. Well, on the other hand, my prompt reading project starts to near its end. Great little piece, I enjoyed reading this.
Mmh, haukea. Maukas kala, toisaalta hyvin ruotoinen. Ja saivat useita, kookkaita. Täytyy olla hyvä apaja. Oikein viehättävä tarina, tätä oli nautinto lukea.

Thanks again! I do agree that Sharing would make more sense if you'd read Grief, but don't worry! Now, I'm curious and would like to ask your opinion. When I started writing Veeran/Cody stories, I deliberately tried to go for a different kind of writing style in order to try something different. But do you think it actually worked? I mean, do you think they differ from Kia/Sheelan stories in terms of use of language etc?
Hauki on kala, hauki on kala, pesansa se tekee puuhun! Hyva, mutta paljon ruotoja.

Can't really say nothing much, as I have only read this from the Veeran/Cody stories, in addition of 'Flying', which is rather interesting, even if pecualiar, hundred-word story, concentrating only to one feeling and moment. Maybe I can say more after I have read a few of V/C stories, we'll see then. With the material I have read now I could say this story isn't as "fantastic" as Kia/Sheelan stories, the setting and characters seem more down-to-earth to me. In a round-about way I could say this story seems somewhat more mature than the K/S stories, but seriously, how mature can you be with an elf/were-tiger RP character? Both are great and interesting story-lines, but I won't say more until I have read a bit more.
Thanks. I certainly concur regarding the maturity of the stories. I have put far more of myself into V/C stories, and indeed Grief was all about me finding an outlet for some of my own thoughts. Sharing, on the other hand, described rather well a developing friendship between Sphinxeye and myself. After that, the characters developed wills of their own and I watch from the sidelines as they wreak havoc in my head. ^_^
