So this big dude used to be the big bad in my universe when I were about 11 or 12 and all the way up to 17. His name is Scar cause I thought that was badass.
Anyway, the idea behind the redesign was to keep his general frame but change him up so he would fit into the setting I'm now working with,
Most important change probably being giving Cloud strifes buster sword back and give Scar a weapon of his own *cough*
Originally wrote him off years ago but came over a bump in writing (Yes I am actually doing that now) and found this guy to be just right to throw into play, hence the redesign.
Elton (the goon) Is completely unchanged. Because reasons.
Yes I am to lazy to make a proper BG for this.
