could you, in theory, make a full sized Brillion statue? like his full height

I've totally had that exact thought already! The problem is that as the height increases, the volume increases exponentially. While a 18" model will require 13 slices, a 70" statue would require about 120 or more slices (rough estimate). It starts to get out of the realm of being practical. And instead of requiring $20 worth of plastic, it would require $200 worth of plastic (which for a full sized model is still pretty reasonable!).

I would ask more than just the price of materials, since there'd be a lot of time involved in building it. If the price was right it might be a project I'd be willing to take on, but it would be pretty pricy. If you're interested in an 18" statue, that is certainly more doable.
