Hey! I just met you. And I'mma pony. So here's my contract - and buy me, Disney.
This little number came about after a witty little chat with
Rick149 in which both our avatars on Skype were The Great Prince (Bambi's father) & Princess Celestia. We had a bit of a role play as a result.
A few weeks later, Rick comes up with this idea of a shipping between Celestia and The Great Prince. I thought of it as a great opportunity to get back on the pony-train whiles also expanding my recent twitterpate with Bambi 2 (Plus, upon my short research, I found no shipping of such kind in existence).
ENJOY!

i know that how the show rolls that what bothers me ..
it bothers me that the toy line has priority over the show instead of the other way around ... it bothers me that the character have such perfect lifes and live out their dream with not a single real struggle ..it bother me the show is full of contradictions, dobble standards and lessons they never stick around .. it bothers me that Derpy has become cheep tool for getting easy cheers out of the audience .... it bothers me the show has a lot of potential but is just been thrown away and the fandom just cheers at the sight of this .. I'm bother that the show never takes any freaking risks and keep playing it safe

Well that's to be expected really, why take risks when their already an established franchise that wont die anytime soon?
Yes the show has it's cheesy nature, but I like cheesy over fake and crappy. Thought it was cool how they incorporated DBZ into the fight with Twilight and Teerek and I call that a risk.
I do hear what you're saying though, I'd like to see some REAL development in the future season, so here's hoping.

Thank you for pointing out the exact reasons why even though I really like MLP, I can't fall in love with it like so many other bronies have. I get that the cheesiness is part of the show's charm, but it doesn't work when you're trying to put in more consequential things like marriage, slavery, world domination, deception, and sacrifice at the beginning and end of every season (while not putting most of those things anywhere else) and expect us to take it seriously.
This picture, like many of the artist's others, is really funny, though.

While I favor Princess Celestia and Discord in a serious canon ship, having Celestia and Bambi's father the Great Prince as a pair makes for a great comical parody. It prompts me to consider awesome My Little Pony would be if Sir Patrick Stewart had a guest star voice in a future episode. Too bad that Princess Luna seems to forget how much the fans love her, but then it would not be as funny here, with that ridiculous expression on her face. At least it did not require a love poison. The French Revolution badges also remind me of Fox McCloud in your former artwork. You never cease to amuse and impress me.
Thanks for that insights, it was interesting to read.
All mighty fair in concept & analysis.
The revolutionary pin actually stands as a symbol for this image.
I'd like to test you, can you figure out what the Rosette means? (It's not just an added touch)

There's lots of potential symbolism I could speculate from the wearing of the French tricolor cockade. The colors meaning liberty, equality and brotherhood, but also the nobility, clergy and bourgeoisie. There's also the Revolution itself, commoners rising up against the noble class and ruling government. With Patrick Stewart as the voice of the Great Prince, formerly the French Captain Picard in Star Trek. I'm working on narrowing down your specific usage here...
Your on the right path.
And I commend you for using the technical name of the pin.
I added the Cockard Rosette in light of the back story to this cross over (yes, there is actually a back story)
Since this is a meeting between dignitaries, I wanted to show how the dears (who represent Disney) stand with mutual respect towards the ponies (MLP - Hasbro), BUT show great guard in their strength and are not prepared to give in fully to the empire of Equestria. (A sorta, Roosevelt meets King George VI back during the war)

As an afterthought, its very commendable and observant of you that you have Bambi bring up the word "twitterpated" to his father while his antlers have started to grow. Since he didn't know of the word until after they started to appear, and his first kiss with Faline. Extra awesomeness to you for maintaining that continuity. As for Princess Luna and not having a castle of her own, I always thought that Canterlot was good for both her and her sister. But there's always the possibility that she built her own castle on the moon, as well. Still, here's to your continual success with entertaining your fans with clever spoof such as this. :)
I like how most anyone who loves "alternative" MLP pics knows that Luna is secretly the dominant mistress when she drags Celestia to the dungeon to be her "private play butt toy"...
and as for Celestia's being "there to make bronties... yea... she loves to just "rut like a bunny"... such a fabulously shameless mare... she *NEEDS* Luna to keep her in line as a Dom.

i just realize they aren't see it since the s1 ep2

Great artwork. I'm pleased with how faithful you were in drawing amd coloring Bambi and his father to their original Disney canon selves. Also, the facial expressions, especially Luna's part "I-can't-believe-this"/part jealous face are a hoot. Excellent with the use of colored outlines, which both MLP:FiM and old-school Disney cartoons share.
