This is Admiral Scotty, one of the Founders of the Elites and Leader of the Lupine Army. A Lupin from the Canis system, He and his friend Admiral Rivers founded the Elites to be the sole government of the Galaxy and unite many systems under one flag. His mate, Supreme Chancellor Luna, supports him the best she can when Scotty is stressed by the many problems that may be brought up in the Council and yet have no answers to confront it.

He and Luna have two sons, Shadow and Wolf, however while their son Shadow is a Lupin; their son Wolf is actually unique as despite his appearance as a human, he is in fact a Lupin. Both their sons joined the Elites as while one is a Colonel, the other is a General and leads his own Army and Commando team.
