Here is Valkour, Son of Councilman Apollo and the newest member of Phoenix Commandos, who is the teams scout and marksman.

A native from the planet, Avia, he lived at the village with his mother, Aurora, for most of his childhood until his father, Councilman Apollo, invited them to come to the Elites home planet to live with him. At first, Valkour was nervous from going from the peaceful village to the busy capital of the Elites, however after awhile of being on Zavala with his mother and now with his father; finds himself actually enjoying his new home. Although he isn't on Avia, he still wears his traditional clothing as he finds it more comfortable than other clothings.

During his years on Zavala, Valkour hears about the Phoenix Commandos and asked his father about it. Councilman Apollo tells his son about the Phoenix and how the son of the Founder of the Elites, Admiral Scotty, shows great leadership and respect to the comrades under his command. what caught Apollo by surprise is when Valkour asked his father if he could join Phoenix Commandos. After some time, Apollo decided that Valkour can join Phoenix Commandos; after he completes the training requires to join a Commando team.

After a couple of years of training, Valkour completes his training as a scout and marksman. After completing his training, his father ask General Wolf if his son could join his team. Wolf agrees and Valkour begins to experiences more than what his training covered when he's with the Phoenix.
